We're recruiting for a newly created Outbound Sales Rep role with an established international business that is investing heavily in the growth of its premium labels division.The business has traditionally been robust in sheet labels and is now expanding its capability across premium roll labels, supported by local manufacturing and access to overseas embellishment capabilities where required.This role is all about growth, prospecting and winning new customers.You'll be targeting businesses across sectors including:Breweries, wineries and distilleriesFMCG and manufacturingPackaging and related industriesOther businesses requiring premium roll labelsLeads will be provided, but this is not an inbound sales role.
You'll need to be comfortable building your own pipeline, prospecting, booking meetings, sending samples, quoting, following up and closing new business.Once customers are won, you'll also have the opportunity to develop those accounts and grow share of wallet.What they're looking forPrevious labels experience would be advantageous,



but it's not essential.We're open to candidates from backgrounds including:Promotional merchandiseOther B2B physical-product environmentsThe most key thing is that you're a genuine new business salesperson who enjoys outbound activity and understands that what is promised to a customer needs to work operationally behind the scenes.You'll ideally be:Solid at prospecting and new business developmentComfortable booking your own meetingsCommercial, energetic and hands-onOrganised with follow-up and pipeline managementInterested in using AI and technology to improve sales productivityComfortable working closely with production and customer serviceThe opportunityThis is a newly created position within a growing division currently generating under $1m in revenue, with a clear objective to grow beyond that.You'll receive strong onboarding across products, substrates, manufacturing, quoting and production processes, and there is scope for the role to grow as the division develops.The role is based in Castle Hill, with onsite parking and easy access to the Metro.Initially, you'll work 4 days per week in the office.If you're currently in labels, packaging, print, promotional products or another B2B product environment and enjoy the challenge of winning new customers, I'd be keen to speak.
