Enoteca in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Trade Waiter to join our front-of-house team.
You will welcome and seat guests, present menus and wine lists, explain dishes and pairings, and coordinate orders with kitchen and bar staff to ensure exact service.A minimum of 1 year in waiter or similar restaurant service, robust knowledge of wine, and an RSA certificate are required.
Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
