Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client an exciting prospect is available for an experienced Branch Resourcing Officer to join a high-performing team supporting one of Australia's most significant national capability programs.Based in Adelaide, this role will play a critical part in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, resource management, reporting and business operations.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide trusted advice and support to ensure the branch has the capability, capacity and governance frameworks required to deliver strategic outcomes in a complex and evolving workplace.About the RoleReporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating workforce planning, establishment management and resourcing activitiesSupporting recruitment processes, onboarding and workforce requestsMonitoring workforce capacity, capability requirements and resource utilisationPreparing reports, executive briefs, submissions and governance documentationTracking branch priorities, workloads and tasking activitiesIdentifying workforce risks, dependencies and resource constraintsMaintaining workforce data,
staffing records and organisational structuresSupporting budget, contractor and labour hire reporting activitiesBuilding robust relationships with internal and external stakeholdersContributing to the continuous improvement of business management processesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Experience in workforce planning, resource management, business operations or program supportStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide recommendationsExperience preparing reports, briefs and executive-level documentationExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship Management skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting recruitment and workforce management activitiesHigh attention to detail and sound judgementStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamA commitment to delivering high-quality business outcomesEligibility: must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security Clearance.
