We're looking for experienced Bus and Coach Drivers to join Kinetic's casual pool supporting rail replacement services across South East Queensland.

As part of our rail replacement team, you'll play a key role in keeping communities moving when rail services are disrupted.
This is a casual role offering flexible shifts, ideal for drivers seeking additional hours or diverse work.

What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate buses across rail replacement routesDeliver a high standard of customer service during disruptionsFollow operational instructions and adapt to changing conditionsWork collaboratively with control teams and other drivers
What You'll Need
Valid Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) – essentialMR or HR Licence (HR highly regarded)Previous experience operating buses or coachesStrong knowledge of SEQ roads (desirable)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekendsAbility to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
