This role offers the chance to deliver best-in-class service while managing risk and contributing to the company's continued growth in the alternative lending space.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service Excellence: Manage daily funding requirements for clients while maintaining rigorous due diligence standardsRisk Management: Act as the first line of defence in minimising bad debts through strong customer relationships and proactive risk assessmentPortfolio Management: Oversee Money in Transit reconciliations and ensure compliance reporting is received and processedProcess Optimisation:



Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gainsDebtor Management: Monitor direct debit dishonours, verify account balances, and assess debtor limit increase requestsCompliance: Facilitate AML/KYC processes including sanction screening and identity verificationBusiness Development Support: Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development and Relationship Management teamsWhat You'll BringIndustry Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role within financial services, with prior experience in business cashflow lendingTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly ExcelPersonal Attributes:Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and resilience in rapid-paced environmentsStrong cooperative mindset with ability to work autonomouslyExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsWhy This Role?
