You'll work with key stakeholders to enhance our SuccessFactors platform and shape the future of our people technology landscape.Responsibilities:Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of SuccessFactorsAct as the SME for all SuccessFactors integration design, configuration, automation, operational assurance, and release management.On an ongoing basis, seek process improvement.Actively work with our vendors to manage SLAs and identify systems improvement opportunities.Maintain data integrity, compliance and security across people systemsPartner with key teams to support HR operations, integrations,



reporting and business insightsProvide expert advice on HR systems and deliver people analytics, dashboards and workforce reportingWhat you'll bringWe're looking for a solutions-focused qualified who can offer:5 years'+ managing and enhancing a SuccessFactors HRIS environmentDeep hands-on functional expertise and certifications in SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and core modulesExperience of system integration within enterprise environments as well as leading projects.Proven success delivering system improvements, releases and change initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Power BI, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be advantageousWhat matters most?
