The Role
You will support the Store Manager at Joondalup WA on a part time basis with the daily running of the store to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers!
We are looking for someone with previous Assistant Store Management or Supervisor experience, who is passionate about people, loves retail and enjoys working in a quick paced setting.
What you'll do
Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the storeShowcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the teamDeliver an exceptional customer experienceSupport all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 years management/supervisor experienceExperience in coaching and developing a teamExposure to large stock volumes and stock managementBe customer and team focusedHave a passion for retail
