This part-time role will see you playing a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the smooth running of our dental clinic.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and managing the front-of-house experienceScheduling and coordinating patient appointmentsHandling patient enquiries and booking requests via phone, email and in-personMaintaining accurate patient records and data entryAssisting with billing, payment processing and insurance claimsSupporting the dental team with various administrative tasksFostering positive relationships with patients and promoting the practiceWhat we're looking forPrior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing healthcare roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm,
