Complete Staff Solutions are seeking a practical and experienced Human Resource Generalist to coordinate and support the day to day Human Resources function at a dairy manufacturing facility in Casino, NSW.
This is a hands on role working closely with senior management, supervisors and employees across the business.Reporting to the Senior Management Executive, the Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for coordinating the day to day HR functions.
This role requires a high level of confidentiality, initiative, judgement and organisation, together with the ability to identify issues, follow matters through and know when escalation to management is required.Key responsibilities:Coordinating day to day HR activities across the businessManaging recruitment and selection processesCoordinating employee onboarding and offboardingPreparing employment contracts, variation letters, position descriptions and other HR documentationMaintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentationCoordinating probationary reviews and scheduled performance reviewsMaintaining employee training,



competency and qualification recordsCoordinating employee training and development requirementsSupporting managers with performance management and disciplinary processesSupporting management with employee relations mattersAbout you:Previous experience in a Human Resource Generalist, HR Coordinator or similar roleSound knowledge of Australian employment practices and workplace relationsKnowledge of Contemporary Awards and the Fair Work frameworkExperience supporting recruitment, employee relations and performance managementStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential recordsConfidence working directly with managers, supervisors and employeesPractical, hands-on approach and willingness to be part of the day-to-day operationQualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (advantageous)Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing or another operational workplace (advantageous)
