You will measure all elements for cost plans, price items from first principles, prepare cost reports and assess tender returns to support recommendations to the Superintendent.
With 3+ years post graduate experience and AIQS of RICS membership or on the pathway, you will contribute across pre-contract, procurement and post-contract activities, leveraging CostX and our market intelligence data.
