Girvan Group is seeking a Contracts Administrator for NSW Commercial Fit-Out projects.
You will report to the Project Manager with a sub-report to the Construction Manager, liaising with the Site Manager and other departments.
The role involves subcontracting, supplier procurement and financial management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
Candidate experience in fit-out/refurb sector and cost-control capabilities are essential, with exposure to CHEOPS/Procore preferred.
