In this hands-on role, your main responsibility will be trimming fish and contributing to our production team to deliver fresh seafood to retailers and restaurants.You will fillet, skin, trim and portion a variety of fish, prepare seafood to customer specifications, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation while following food safety procedures.
