Bayside Health is seeking a Senior Consumer Peer Worker for the Adult Inpatient Unit (IPU) in Melbourne.
The role focuses on guiding consumer peer workers and embedding recovery-oriented practices across multidisciplinary teams.
You will provide post-discharge support for about 40% of your time, promoting lived experience perspectives and peer-led pathways within a supportive, clinical setting.
This position is permanent part time and rosters include weekends.
