About the role As a Thrift Store Supervisor, this is your opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store and contributing to the mission and community impact of The Salvation Army.
Reporting to the Corps Officer, this is a casual position, based on-site in Swan Hill,



VIC How you will make an impact Deliver exceptional customer service and provide assistance across all areas of the store.
Support the processing, pricing and merchandising of donated goods to maximise sales and presentation.
Assist with promotional activities, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
Complete store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and banking tasks as required.
Maintain a safe, clean and secure workplace by following Work Health and Safety and security procedures.
Provide guidance and support to team members while following established policies, procedures and operational requirements.
What you will bring Demonstrated customer service experience working in a retail environment with an ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Sound presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to interact with a variety of people.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check is required Drivers Licence Working With Children Check What we offer Flexible working arrangements.
