We build Concrete Sleeper, Block and Sandstone retaining walls across the Central Coast.The roleWe are seeking experienced Labourers to join our construction crews.
You'll support skilled tradespeople on site undertaking general labouring tasks, assisting with the installation of retaining walls, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a safe and tidy work area.Key responsibilitiesAssisting excavator operators with footing excavation and auger workFooting preparation, compaction and drainage installationHands‐on labouring across all stages of retaining wall constructionPrepare and clean work areas, move materials,



and set out wallsOperate basic site equipment and hand tools safelyFollow site safety proceduresCommunicate with Site Supervisors and report issues promptlyAbout you (must have)Minimum 1–2 years' experience in civil or landscape construction (retaining wall experience preferred)White CardCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehiclePhysically fit and able to work outdoorsStrong attention to detail and positive communication skillsTeam player with a robust work ethicWhat we offerMultiple full‐time roles with regular overtime opportunitiesSteady work on large residential sub‐division projectsSupportive team workplace and on‐the‐job trainingApplicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
