Moor Newcastle East in Newcastle NSW is seeking a full time Chef (38 hours per week).
The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and at least three years of experience in a busy kitchen to deliver high-quality meals on time.You will lead kitchen operations, train staff and apprentices, supervise cooks and delivery drivers, and coordinate with managers and dietitians to maintain hygiene and efficiency.
Salary is $81,016 plus super.
