Genuine Flexibility Without Billing PressureAn established Brisbane personal injury practice is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with approximately 3–5 years PAE to join its growing team.This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who is already confident managing personal injury matters and can step in and run files without needing close supervision.
You will manage a mixed caseload, predominantly across WorkCover claims, together with CTP and PIPA matters.The firm takes a practical approach to performance.
There are no daily billing expectations, with the focus instead on progressing files, achieving strong outcomes for clients and maintaining a sustainable workload.The RoleYou will manage your own personal injury files across both pre-litigation and litigated stages, including:Managing predominantly WorkCover claims, together with CTP and PIPA mattersTaking detailed client statements and advising clients throughout their claimsPreparing and lodging WorkCover claimsManaging matters from initial instructions through to settlementDrafting correspondence, court material and other legal documentsLiaising with insurers, medical professionals,
