Rydges Melbourne, part of EVT, seeks a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily operations of the busy F&B; department, including restaurant, bar and events service.
You'll lead a team of food service professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume hotel setting.You'll bring solid leadership, hands-on approach and a passion for guest service, with cost control and menu collaboration experience.
This full time role offers growth within EVT's hospitality network.
