You will deliver guest experiences across bar operations, take orders, pour beer, craft cocktails, transparent tables, and assist with major event activations in a lively precinct.The role requires RSA/RCG, availability for wide-ranging shifts, and prior pub/bar/restaurant experience, along with solid beverage knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
