The role focuses on timely issue resolution across Windows endpoints, Office apps, and cloud services, ensuring reliable service delivery.Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in desktop support, strong knowledge of AD/GP, PowerShell, and experience with Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.
