IT Support Engineer (Level 2). As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will provide remote and in office support to a range of businesses, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering effective solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and end-user technologies.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing Level 2 technical support across multiple client environments
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies
- Managing Azure AD / Entra ID environments
- Deploying and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions
- Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Building, configuring, and deploying Windows Server environments from the ground up




- Escalating and resolving complex technical issues
- Maintaining documentation and following service delivery processes
- Working closely with clients to deliver an exceptional support experience

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:✔ Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment✔ Strong Microsoft technology experience, including:

- Microsoft 365
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune

✔ Networking knowledge, including:
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Routers, switches, wireless networking, and firewalls

✔ Server administration experience, including:
- Windows Server installation and configuration
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Virtualisation technologies

✔ Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
