Recruitment Coordinator required for an immediate start, based in Perth's Eastern suburbs.
Our client is experiencing a sudden influx of new roles due to a recent client win.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the end-to-end recruitment process.
Duties will include:
- Placement of advertisements
- Telephone screening of applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Updating the database and creation of candidate pipelines
To be successful in your application, you will have a working knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and have previously supported the transactional requirements. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised in your approach and enjoy people interaction both on the telephone and face to face.
