Your new companyAn established organisation is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer / Business Analyst to support the delivery of several concurrent transformation initiatives. Working within a collaborative project environment, you will play a key role in designing intuitive user experiences while partnering closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions.
Your new roleAs a UI/UX Designer / BA, you will act as a subject matter expert across three concurrent projects, balancing user-centred design with business analysis activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and end users to define requirements, create engaging user experiences and ensure successful project outcomes within tight delivery timeframes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design artefacts using Figma
- Translating business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly solutions
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities
- Collaborating with project teams to deliver outcomes within challenging deadlines
- Providing UI/UX expertise and recommendations to support project delivery
- Conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design improvements
- Supporting solution design and business process improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with Business Analysis experience highly regarded
- Advanced experience using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes and user-centric designs
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working across multiple projects in rapid-paced delivery environments
- The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience translating business requirements into effective customer-focused solutions
- A proactive, consultative approach with the ability to operate as a trusted SME
Previous consulting experience with organisations such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY, PwC or similar consulting environments will be highly regarded.
