Your new role
As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers while coordinating orders and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and transport providers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders, amendments, and requests
- Coordinating dispatch documentation and transport paperwork
- Liaising with transport providers to support timely deliveries
- Maintaining accurate customer records and system data
- Supporting credit request processing
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships




- Contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused team environment

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems will be highly regarded
