As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation through this period of growth & transformation, helping leaders & employees navigate change while contributing to workforce strategy, culture & organisational success. Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the people function across the organisation & provide strategic & operational leadership across human resources, employee relations, recruitment, work health and safety, performance management & organisational culture. The role also includes leadership responsibility for a People Advisor, forms part of the Executive Leadership Team & attends Board meetings. They're seeking a leader who can balance strategy with genuine care for people, build trusted relationships & foster an setting where employees feel supported & empowered to thrive. Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading recruitment, attraction & retention initiatives
- Promoting a child-safe organisational culture,



ensuring people practices align with Adventure Patch's commitment to safeguarding children & young people
- Providing expert advice across employee relations, investigations & performance management
- Supporting enterprise agreement negotiations & industrial relations matters
- Overseeing work health and safety systems, workers compensation & risk management
- Responsible for workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Leading organisational change projects
- Supporting leaders to build capability, engagement & a positive organisational culture
- Developing & maintaining people and culture policies, frameworks & reporting processes

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist capability across employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment & leadership support. You'll be confident working in a complex, highly compliant environment & comfortable providing advice to senior leaders on both strategic & operational matters. Applications are encouraged from experienced Human Resources Business Partners who are ready to take the next step into their first people leadership role, as well as established People & Culture leaders looking for a new challenge.You will ideally bring:

- Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience
- Exposure to work health and safety, risk management and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
