About the Business
The Corporate Services and Client Management team provides strategic, technical and client-related administrative support to our Disability Services Directorate. They support, governance, records and information management, systems, business processes, helping to ensure our NDIS services are delivered efficiently and in line with each client's individual funding plan.
Role Details
The Lead Workforce Planner plays a critical role in shaping the organisation’s future workforce capability by driving workforce planning, forecasting and analysis activities.This position provides expert advice and insights to support evidence-based decision-making, ensuring workforce strategies are aligned with service delivery requirements,
organisational priorities and future workforce demands.The role is responsible for developing sustainable workforce models, delivering workforce planning initiatives, and partnering with key stakeholders to identify and address workforce risks and opportunities.The Lead Workforce Planner provides strategic reporting, workforce intelligence and cutting-edge planning solutions that support operational effectiveness, recruitment planning and long-term workforce sustainability.
Special Conditions

Screening Checks
If you are new to the department and are invited to an interview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check, which has been issued within six months of your application for the role. National Police Checks can be applied for via the South Australia Police or through an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission accredited body.
If the role you are applying for also requires an Employment-related Screening Check, you will be required to undergo such assessment as is advised by DHS, including periodic assessment during your employment.
