What You’ll Drive
The Principal Business Resilience and Continuity Lead (PBRCL) is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of TAFE SA’s resilience framework including custodianship of TAFE SA’s enterprise and business continuity systems. The PBRCL will lead the development and oversight of TAFE SA’s resilience practices including through the maintenance of fit for purpose policies, procedures, systems, and tools to manage resiliency across TAFE SA’s campuses, course and/or operations.
The Skills You Bring
- Extensive experience leading the strategic design, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of business resilience and continuity programs, systems, policies and plans across complex, multi-site organisations.
- Highly effective leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, present complex information clearly, and develop high-level recommendations,
reports and briefings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and change leadership capabilities, exercising sound independent judgement and managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
- At least five years’ experience in operational resilience, business continuity or risk-related fields, with contemporary knowledge of incident management, risk and vulnerability assessment, supply-chain dependencies, and CPS 230, CPS 232 or equivalent compliance.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
