Opportunity:
Every patient at this South Melbourne clinic receives a visual treatment plan, and diagnosis is a team effort rather than one dentist's call. Cases are allocated to whichever clinician has the strongest expertise in that area, which makes this a role for a dentist who enjoys sharing the caseload and learning from colleagues.

A part time dentist is needed to join the clinic, with additional days available for the right person. The caseload centres on clear aligners, porcelain veneers, whitening and implants, alongside general dentistry for families, pre-teens and adults, and for patients replacing missing teeth.

Scanners and the latest technology are provided, and the day is built around them. Planning is done visually, so patients see and understand their treatment before it begins.

About You:
You hold current AHPRA registration with Australian working rights and bring at least two years of Australian clinical experience. You work comfortably in a team model, sharing cases and handing treatment to the colleague best placed to deliver it, rather than seeing every patient from start to finish.
Surgical extraction experience suits the caseload, and a genuine interest in cosmetic dentistry, including aligners and veneers,



will be put to use from the start.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to team based diagnosis and visual treatment planning
Deliver general dentistry for families, pre-teens and adults
Provide aligner, veneer, whitening and implant treatment as part of the caseload
Perform surgical extractions where required
Allocate and accept cases within the team based on expertise
Maintain high clinical, ethical and skilled standards
