Your Impact

As the ERP & B2B Customer Portal Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping and optimising Asahi's B2B customer ordering experience. Leading a small team and partnering across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and Digital, you'll oversee the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of our customer portal ecosystem and supporting SAP environments, ensuring they deliver seamless outcomes for both customers and the business.

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operation, performance and continuous improvement of Asahi's B2B customer portal and supporting SAP platforms.
- Manage platform health, monitoring, incidents, upgrades, releases, testing and operational readiness activities.
- Deliver meaningful reporting and analytics to identify trends, customer behaviour insights and opportunities to improve platform performance and adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experiences, streamline operational processes and support business priorities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders,



vendors and implementation partners to support portal enhancements, integrations and future-state platform initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.

About You:

- Proven experience in digital commerce, customer portal operations, enterprise applications or platform management environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across business, technology and delivery teams.
- Experience using reporting, analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
- Robust operational leadership capability across incidents, releases, testing, platform governance and continuous improvement activities.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP ERP or similar B2B commerce platforms will be highly regarded.
