? WORKSHOP MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Manager who can take ownership, lead from the front and drive the performance of the workshop.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the workshop team
- Managing daily workshop operations
- Managing workflow and job allocation
- Driving productivity and workshop efficiency
- Maintaining quality control and high workmanship standards
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Identifying and quoting required repairs
- Driving workshop sales and profitability
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop
- Building a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture
We want someone who treats the workshop like it’s their own.
Someone who sees problems and solves them, leads by example and wants to help grow the business.

? APPRENTICE MOTOR MECHANIC – 1ST TO 4TH YEAR

3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Motor Mechanic who genuinely wants to become a great mechanic and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
You won’t spend your apprenticeship doing the same basic jobs every day.
You’ll get genuine hands-on experience with:
- Logbook servicing
- Brakes and suspension
- Wheels and tyres
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Engine repairs
- Timing belts and timing chains
- Clutches
- Cooling systems
- General mechanical repairs
- And much more
We have busy, quick-paced workshops with experienced mechanics who are willing to teach the right person.
