Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Service Coordinator to join our Northgate office and play a key role in supporting our service operations team.

About the Role

As our Senior Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery activities across South East Queensland, ensuring technicians, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders receive a high level of support and communication. You will become a central part of the service team, managing technician schedules, customer requests, service jobs, invoicing, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to reactive and planned maintenance works.

- Monitor service requests and ensure jobs are completed within contractual SLA requirements.

- Liaise with clients regarding service bookings, attendance, updates, and job completion.

- Create and manage work orders, job numbers, purchase orders, and invoices.

- Support service managers with operational reporting and administration.

- Coordinate subcontractors,



ensuring compliance documentation is maintained and current.

- Track outstanding quotations, work orders, and purchase orders.

- Monitor stock arrivals and coordinate materials for service activities.

- Assist with technician onboarding, inductions, and compliance requirements.

- Maintain company systems and records with a high degree of accuracy.

- Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, client correspondence, and service documentation.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery processes.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or Operations Coordinator role.

- Strong scheduling and technician dispatch experience.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within the electronic security industry.

- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion Detection or Monitoring systems.

- Experience working with service management or ERP systems.

- Experience coordinating trades, technicians, or field service teams.

- Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintenance contracts.
