Prosper Health Collective
Perth
Speech Pathologist – for the clinician who's ready for more than a caseload
You've got a few years behind you. Your clinical skills are solid, and you know what good practice looks like. Now you're asking a different question: where can I keep growing, have a say in how things are done, and work with people I actually want to work with?
If that's you, we'd like to talk.
Why Prosper
Plenty of practices say they care about their people. Here's what it looks like at Prosper: regular supervision that's about you, not just your caseload. Career development that includes clinician wellbeing, not only clinical skills. Culture days where the whole team comes together. Leaders who notice when you're stretched, and do something about it.
Prosper Health Collective is a multidisciplinary practice offering Psychology, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy across Booragoon, Canning Vale and Stirling. Speech pathology is a growing part of our practice, and that's the opportunity: you'll be part of shaping what it becomes.
What the role looks like
- Assessment and therapy for children and adolescents, with a caseload shaped around your strengths and interests, such as language, speech, literacy, AAC, social communication
- Neuroaffirming, evidence-based practice that works with children's strengths and identities
- Working closely with our psychologists and OTs on shared clients, with genuine collaboration rather than referrals passed down the hall
- Building connections with local GPs, paediatricians, schools and early learning centres, with support from our team
- Clinic-based, with flexibility to complete admin from home
- Experienced admin support and established systems, so your time goes to clinical work
What you'll receive
- Base salary of $100,000–$125,000 including super, depending on experience
- A revenue share component that rewards your caseload: for example, at 5 billables a day, total earnings are typically $128,000–$137,000 including super
- Full-time or part-time role (2 days minimum FTE )
- Monthly clinical supervision and mentoring
- $1,000 annual PD allowance, 2 paid PD days and access to our internal training library
- A real voice in how our speech pathology service develops
You'll probably be a great fit if you
- Have 3+ years' paediatric speech pathology experience
- Hold practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia and are eligible for a Medicare provider number
- Value evidence-based, client-centred and neuroaffirming practice
- Enjoy collaborating across disciplines and learning from colleagues
- Want to grow, both clinically and in your influence within a practice
- Hold a current WWC Check and driver's licence
What matters to us
Our values guide how we treat clients and each other: We see you, we care. Vitality for life. Better than yesterday. Be the collective. Journey together. If those resonate, you'll probably feel at home here.
