The Opportunity:
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll oversee contractor performance, compliance, building services and tenant outcomes while contributing to sustainability initiatives, risk management and capital works delivery. This role offers the chance to apply your existing facilities experience across high-profile assets within a market-leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and contractor activities
- Support compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
- Assist with building inspections and service delivery initiatives
- Help deliver sustainability and operational improvement programs
- Manage tenant requests and stakeholder communications
- Support budgets, purchase orders and invoice processing
About You:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering quality service outcomes.You will ideally bring:
- Experience in facilities management, property management, building operations or a related field
- Strong contractor coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of building services, compliance requirements and workplace health and safety principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
