Due to continued growth and the expansion of several major client contracts, we are seeking an experienced Security Technician to join our NSW team servicing high-profile customers across Sydney and surrounding regions.

About the Role

As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems across a diverse customer base.

Working closely with the Service Manager and Service Coordinators, you will ensure client systems remain operational, compliant, and performing at their best while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Fault finding and troubleshooting electronic security systems

- Preventative and reactive maintenance activities

- Service and repair of access control, CCTV, alarm and integrated security systems

- Programming and commissioning equipment where required

- Maintaining strong relationships with clients





- Completing service documentation accurately and on time

- Adhering to WHS and company policies at all times

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in the electronic security industry

✅ Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following platforms:

- Integriti

- Gallagher

- Tecom

- Avigilon

- Geutebruck

- Hikvision

✅ Experience with:

- IP CCTV systems and integrations

- Access control systems

- TCP/IP networking fundamentals

- Security system diagnostics and fault finding

✅ Strong technical and problem-solving capability

✅ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Strong computer literacy and reporting skills

✅ Commitment to quality workmanship and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
