The Nurse Navigator- Paediatric Child Health portfolio position is responsible for providing a high level of communication and clinical skills to holistically assess the health and well-being of the complex needs of patients within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS).

- Base salary comprising between $140,632 - $152,685 per annum
