The Role:

You will be responsible for managing an established, well-maintained portfolio with the assistance of your own dedicated Strata Assistant.

- Manage a portfolio of 65 buildings comprising approximately 680 lots
- Predominantly smaller, straightforward residential schemes




- Only 1 BMC and NO community associations!
- Build and maintain solid relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
- Coordinate and oversee AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Manage maintenance, repairs and contractor coordination
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting and levy matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation
- Work closely with your dedicated assistant to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio

The Candidate:

- Previous experience in Strata Management is essential
- Hold a current Strata Licence or Class 2 Licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
- Experience with Property IQ is advantageous
- A positive, professional attitude and team-focused approach
