About the role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join Taste Fine Food Group as a Forklift Operator, Food Packer, and Kitchen Hand in our Revesby NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our food manufacturing and logistics operations. You will be working in a fast-paced food production workplace where precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards are essential. This role is fundamental to ensuring our products are produced, packed, and dispatched efficiently to meet our customers' demands.

Key responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator, Food Packer, and Kitchen Hand, your primary duties will include:

- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials, finished products, and pallets throughout the warehouse and production facility

- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in compliance with safety protocols and company procedures

- Packing food products into containers, boxes, and packaging materials according to specifications and quality standards

- Labelling and coding products with batch numbers, dates, and relevant information

- Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation in kitchen areas

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment in compliance with food safety regulations

- Monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory discrepancies

- Operating and maintaining basic equipment used in food production and packing

- Following all food safety and hygiene procedures to prevent contamination

- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

- Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one with company support





- Previous experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or logistics environment (preferred)

- Experience in food packing or assembly work in a food production facility (preferred)

- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in food manufacturing environments

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict quality standards

- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

- Basic numeracy skills for counting and recording inventory
