We are a supportive, student-focused tutoring company committed to helping young people grow academically and personally. Our team values genuine care, strong communication, and a passion for education. Tutors are matched with students — no need to find your own clients or manage scheduling unless requested by parents.
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic tutors to work with students from Years 1–12, including ATAR subjects for Years 11–12 across Maths, English, Science, and HASS. Once assigned, tutors work with the same students on consistent, fixed weekly hours.
Tutoring is in-person only, with sessions taking place across the corridor from Ellenbrook down to Mandurah. As tutors may be matched with students across different suburbs, applicants must be willing and able to drive to students’ locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging tutoring sessions using provided resources and your own subject knowledge
- Create goal-aligned learning plans with students and parents
- Provide progress updates and maintain clear communication with families
- Attend monthly check-ins with the company director for support and workload review
- Maintain a warm, encouraging environment that supports student wellbeing and confidence
- Travel to students’ locations for scheduled in-person tutoring sessions
What We Provide
- Full training and onboarding
- A supportive team and accessible director for guidance or workload concerns
- All student matching and scheduling handled for you
- Access to resources to guide session planning
