About Us

Core Confidence helps men build confidence, skills, and mindset to succeed in dating and life. We're looking for an editor who can turn our raw footage into high-impact, scroll-stopping content — think Alex Hormozi-style pages, edits, and clips: bold captions, fast cuts, strong hooks, zero dead air, retention all the way through.

What You'll Do

- Edit street interviews, coaching clips, and YouTube footage into short and long-form videos in the Hormozi style
- Craft strong hooks and pacing that keep viewers watching to the end
- Add captions, sound design, zooms, and pattern interrupts

- Post and schedule content, write captions/hashtags, and keep our socials running day to day
- Monitor comments/DMs and flag what needs a response

What We're Looking For

- A portfolio showing Hormozi-style or similar high-retention edits
- Experience managing a brand or creator's social accounts
- Fast turnaround, reliable, and self-directed
- Own editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
