We repair windscreen chips from kiosks in shopping centre car parks across QLD and NSW. Over 12,000 repairs and 130+ reviews. You'll be trained to do the repair yourself. It's a real skill, and you'll have it inside a week.
What you'll actually do
- Set up the kiosk, then talk to people walking past about the chip in their windscreen
- Do the repair: resin, injector bridge, UV cure. We train you on all of it
- Take payment on a company tablet and walk the customer around their car before they pay
- Pack down at the end of the day
What you'll earn
- Award hourly rate for your age, every hour you're rostered. That's your base, and it's never touched
- Uncapped commission on every sale, and your rate goes up the more Repair Plans you sell that day
- Once commission is paid, we never claw it back. Not for a refund, not for a chargeback. Paid is paid
- A 1% bonus on everything you've sold, paid every six months
- Sale clears after you've moved on? We still pay you the commission within 14 days
- Superannuation and all your leave entitlements
Shifts
- Full 8-hour shifts. This isn't a 4-hour-here-and-there job
- Weekend availability is essential. Saturday and Sunday are our biggest days
- Set rosters,
out at least 7 days ahead, so you can plan around them
- Studying? Tell us your exam dates and we'll roster around them
We supply everything
- All tools, resin and equipment. You buy nothing
- Uniform and a company tablet. You never use your own phone or pay for calls on shift
- Shade, cold water, sunscreen and a sun-safe uniform
- Paid training, paid setup and pack-down, paid travel between sites. If you're there, you're on the clock
What we're after
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable car. You'll drive to the kiosk.
- Comfortable starting a conversation with a stranger. That's most of the job
- Reliable. If you're rostered, we need you there
- Happy working outdoors on your feet all shift
- Careful with your hands and willing to follow a procedure exactly
No experience required. We've trained people who'd never picked up a tool. Turn up and talk to people, and we'll teach you the rest.
