- The Host Persona: A natural flair for hospitality, a welcoming smile, and flawless presentation.
- Organised Under Pressure: Experience managing reservation systems (SevenRooms beneficial) and pacing table turns seamlessly during busy peak services.
- Communication Skills: Transparent, confident communication to manage walk-ins, guest inquiries, seating flows with ease.
- Team Player Midset: A proactive attitude to support floor staff and management in keeping service running effortlessly.
- Availability: Full-time flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
