Female Disability Support Worker – Casual | Craigieburn

Best Support is seeking compassionate, reliable and confident Female Disability Support Workers for NDIS participants in Craigieburn .

Available days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Shift length: Approximately 4–5 hours per shift

Duties:

- Community access and social activities
- Appointments and outings
- Transport using your own vehicle
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Daily living support
- Light household cleaning
- Supporting participant independence and choice
- Completing progress notes and incident reports when required

Requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Full Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Australian working rights
- Solid spoken English is essential
- Able to complete clear shift notes and incident reports




- Must be confident driving in Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas
- Reliable, patient and confident working independently

Previous disability support experience is preferred but not essential. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience supporting people with intellectual disability or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Additional shifts with other participants may also become available.
