You'll be responsible for coordinating field service activities, scheduling technicians, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring all service work is completed efficiently and professionally.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and being at the centre of a busy service operation.
What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating service bookings and technician schedules
- Managing customer enquiries and service requests
- Liaising with technicians, customers, and internal departments
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
- Assisting with quoting, invoicing, and service documentation
- Managing service records and maintaining accurate system data
- Prioritising urgent breakdowns and responding to customer needs
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the service team





What We're Looking For

- Experience in Service Coordination, Scheduling, or Customer Service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Experience working in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, trades, or service-based environment is highly regarded
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and service management systems
