Your new role
Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Affairs, the Communications & Advocacy Strategic Advisor will play a key role in shaping organisational messaging, influencing stakeholder outcomes and supporting advocacy initiatives across a broad range of strategic priorities. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will identify opportunities to elevate the organisation's profile, contribute to advocacy campaigns and ensure communications activities align with broader strategic objectives.

- Developing and implementing strategic communications and advocacy plans
- Preparing executive briefs, speeches, media materials and stakeholder communications
- Providing advice on reputation management, issues management and public affairs
- Building strong relationships with industry,



government and community stakeholders
- Supporting advocacy initiatives and strategic engagement activities
- Monitoring emerging issues, policy developments and industry trends
- Evaluating and reporting on communication and advocacy outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced communication, public affairs or stakeholder engagement professional who can confidently operate in a complex environment and influence diverse audiences.
