Due to continued business growth and increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to provide additional support to a collaborative and high-performing payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-volume payroll environment while working alongside experienced payroll professionals.
Your new role

- End-to-end payroll processing
- Processing new starters, terminations, and employee changes
- Managing payroll adjustments and ad hoc payments
- Responding to employee payroll enquiries
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy
- Assisting with reconciliations and payroll reporting
- Supporting multiple payroll cycles and strict processing deadlines
- Working collaboratively across a cross-trained payroll team

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience using iChris or Chris21 payroll systems is highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate or short-notice availability will be highly regarded
