Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing, sundry charges, and debtor managementProcess daily banking transactions and perform account reconciliationsMonitor and collect outstanding accounts while maintaining accurate debtor recordsPrepare monthly debtor reports and assist with general ledger reconciliationsMaintain customer records and support financial administration activitiesProvide general office support, including reception, document management, and administration dutiesAssist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and related finance functionsWhat you'll need to succeed




Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a large organisationStrong understanding of debtor management, reconciliations, and financial proceduresExperience using accounting software, with TASS highly regardedStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial processingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionallyAbility to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and Police CheckWhat you'll get in return
