A well-established national retailer with a broad network of locations across Australia, is seeking an accounts receivable administrator to provide support to their credit manager and accounts receivable team. This is a full-time temporary position based in their Rochedale office, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Your new role
Reporting to the credit manager, key responsibilities will include:

- Daily management of the accounts receivable inbox and actioning of all emails in a timely manner.
- Assist finance with banking reconciliations and queries.
- Maintain customer accounts in line with policy and approvals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide support across multiple internal teams, retail locations, franchise operations, and sales functions.
