Your new role
As the Customer Relations Officer, you will deliver end-to-end customer service across phone, email and face-to-face channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and providing follow-up information
- Responding to customer enquiries and working towards first-call resolution
- Maintaining customer files and updating the CRM
- Processing account applications, forms and requests
- Supporting dispute resolution
- Providing general administrative support across the business
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous customer service experience
- A professional and confident phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
