Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice matching, coding and data entry
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing supplier enquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Processing payment runs
- Maintaining accurate vendor records
- Assisting with month-end reporting and finance administration
- Working closely with operational and warehouse teams
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems is highly regarded
- Exposure to a high-volume environment within logistics, transport, warehousing or distribution will be advantageous
