Client Services & Collections Officer

The OpportunityAs a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting clients and stakeholders while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and emailConducting customer-focused collections activities for accounts in arrearsMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection activitiesUpdating customer accounts and database informationAssisting with weekly arrears reportingBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProviding solutions and support to customer queries in a professional manner




About YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic and personable professional who enjoys working with people and prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service.To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service, client services and/or collectionsStrong telephone and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong problem-solving capabilitiesA positive, proactive and team-oriented mindsetSound Microsoft Office skills
Experience within financial services or asset finance will be highly regarded but is not essential.What's in it for You?
